Training
After your application is approved you will receive an introduction to the facility and we will plan training based on your previous cell culture experience and wishes.
After this training we are available to assist you with specific questions, setting up or discussing protocols, inquiries about materials and techniques etc.
Services
iPSC reprogramming
We can assist you in reprogramming (patient) cells into iPSC lines using different strategies. All cell lines will be subjected to mycoplasma testing before entering our facility.
Clone maintenance and cryopreservation
After reprogramming, the facility offers cryopreservation for all iPSC lines that are generated in the facility.
Differentiation and genetic manipulation
Different protocols are operational for differentiating iPSCs into different types of neurons, glial cells or other cells types. Further, CRISPR/CAS genome editing is in place.
